Privacy policy

This policy covers Oris AI: Fix Bad Teeth, Android package ro.creativdigital.orisai, operated by Creativ Digital Limited. Contact: office@creativdigital.ro.

What the app processes

• Account: Google sign-in user identifier, email address, display name, profile photo, patient profile and credit balance.
• Photo previews: the photo you choose, selected procedure, generated result, gallery description and creation time. Photos can show your face, smile and dental appearance. Only send your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.
• Live mirror: camera frames and facial landmarks are processed on your phone to place the whitening effect. Live frames and landmarks are not sent to our server for the mirror. A saved mirror photo stays on your phone unless you separately upload or share it.
• Smile videos: a gallery photo, chosen animation and generated video, with progress and failure information.
• Payments: Google Play product identifiers, purchase tokens, verification and credit-delivery records. We do not receive your payment-card details.
• Invitations: recipient email, sender account and allocated credits. Invite only people who agree to be contacted.
• Support and reporting: content-report reason, comments, account details and the gallery item you choose to report; messages you send to support.
• Service operation: device push-notification tokens, app-integrity signals, notification preferences, generation status, timestamps and technical error logs. Notifications can be disabled in Android settings; tips can be switched off inside the app.
• Usage analytics: Firebase Analytics collects app interactions such as screen views and sessions, purchase events, app and device information, app-instance identifiers and approximate location derived from masked IP addresses. We use this information to understand usage and improve the app. Advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization are disabled.

Camera access is requested for capture and the live mirror. Android's photo picker lets you choose individual photos without giving the app access to your whole library. Saving images or videos uses Android MediaStore; older Android versions can ask for write access.

Why we use this information

To sign you in, create and save previews, show your private gallery, deliver credits, manage invitations, send requested notifications, prevent abuse and duplicate purchases, handle content reports and support, understand app usage, improve the app, and delete your account. The app has no advertising.

Service providers and sharing

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, photo/video storage, backend processing, notifications, app-integrity checks and usage analytics.
• Google Gemini / Google AI Studio: selected photos and procedure/animation instructions are sent for photo checking and image/video generation.
• Google Play: purchases and payment verification.
• Resend and our mailbox provider: invitation delivery and content-report/support email.

Access is limited to authorised operators and providers who need it to run these services. We do not sell your data or opt into voluntary dataset sharing for model improvement. Google's processing is subject to its Gemini API paid-services terms and privacy policy.

Sharing or downloading a result is your choice. A shared file or download link can be accessed by its recipients. Media download links contain access tokens: treat them as private. Copies you save or share outside the app must be removed separately.

Storage, security and international processing

The app uses encrypted network connections. Account and gallery access is restricted to the signed-in owner; credit changes and purchase verification run on the backend. API credentials are kept on the server. The Firebase database and default media bucket use EU locations. Backend and AI processing may take place internationally, including the United States. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Deleting your account and gallery

• Gallery deletion: queues removal of that item's stored media and video jobs, with retries if media cleanup fails.
• Account deletion: removes the sign-in account, profile, device tokens, gallery photos/videos, generation jobs, reports and pending invitations you sent. An active generation can delay deletion; the app tells you to retry shortly. If media cleanup fails, retry deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can choose which photo to upload, stop camera access, disable notifications, delete gallery items, sign out, and request account deletion from Settings or outside the app. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing support from your account address. We may verify account ownership before releasing or deleting information. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Audience and preview limitations

Oris is intended for adults and is not designed for children. Its previews are cosmetic illustrations, not dental diagnosis, treatment advice or guaranteed results. Do not upload another person's photo without permission.
