Delete your Oris account and data
You can request deletion of your Oris AI: Fix Bad Teeth account even if you have uninstalled the app.
Inside the app
Open You → Settings → Delete account, confirm the warning and type the requested confirmation. Unused credits are lost. If a preview is running or media removal fails, wait and retry; the app only reports success once its account cleanup completes.
Without the app
Email office@creativdigital.ro from the Google email address used to sign into Oris. Use the subject Oris AI account deletion and say that you want your account and app data deleted. Do not send a password, identity document or payment-card information.
We verify ownership, confirm the request and aim to complete it within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why. You may also request removal of specific gallery items or support records.
What is removed
Your Firebase sign-in account and profile, device tokens, gallery photos/videos and generation jobs, app content reports and pending invitations you sent.
